INSTRUCTIONS:

1) The form can only be filled once.
2) Each form should have unique email address.
3) The email address should be working or active as the participation certificate would be emailed to the participant.
4) Participation fee is Rs. 80/- per solo event and Rs. 150/- per group event unless otherwise mentioned.
5) Registration once confirmed after the payment, will not be cancelled.
6) The participant has to tick the event(s) he/she wishes to participate in; accordingly the total amount would be calculated automatically.
7) Pay through any bank payment gateway.
8) Scan the image of your payment receipt and keep the file size minimum, that is, less than 2MB. JPG, JPEG, or PNG image file formats ONLY are acceptable.
9) Note that the student who has done the transaction would put his/her details first and details of other members can be added by clicking Group option in the TYPE.
